Hanjo is our exercise expert at HYPT. He has more than 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and health coach. He is a instructor for the industry-leading Perform Better Institute, and has given keynote-presentations to companies like HEXAL, Alphabet (BMW), and the NRW Bank. He also has a background in Psycho-Neuro-Immunology and has always looked at health from a holistic perspective.
Now Hanjo is hyped to help people with ADHD integrate movement into their daily life with his StandUp&Move! concept and teach people, how exercise can have a therapeutic effect on ADHD. Even through the video-screen, you will feel his passion and motivation.
